ORACLE - Failed to unlock all em-related accounts.

Symptoms

Installation of Oracle Database 11g Release 2 on laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system.

I received this error message and searched arround what could be the reason for this behaviour and how can I start my Enterprise Manager?

After recreating repositories and playing much arround receiving other types of error messages I decided to give a try older version 11.1.0.7.0.

This been a lucky choice for me.

Recommendation

For me the best Oracle Database 11G Enterprise version for 64 bit laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium system is 11.1.0.7.0.
